Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended. Please call or proceed to Spa Reception or our Front Office if you wish to book your session.
Arrival Time
To make the most of your spa experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. We regret that any late arrivals will not receive an extension of schedule treatments.
Cancellation Policy
2 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel your appointment. 50% of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations with less than 2 hours notice of no-show.
